Software Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of software products/service, GPAC software products are not returnable nor will refunds be made for software products, Training or service charges on products ordered, shipped and received. Charges on Software Development services commenced, however, will not be refunded, and the customer is liable for all charges on services ordered and commenced.

Support & Service Charge not including Software Update or Modification, Others Software, Hardware Installation and Services
Server Re-installation charge: Tk. 5000.00
Fee for Support & Service should be paid in Advanced
